It is important to have adequate ventilation, air humidity and power supply - preferably with an emergency battery that will keep the servers running in case of power failure from the network.

Some companies carefully select equipment for the office, but forget about the importance of both the first impression that is created in the reception or waiting room and the importance of proper arrangement of facilities for employees.

When selecting furniture, appliances and accessories for these rooms, care should be taken to ensure that they are consistent with the image of the entire company and create a good impression at first glance. In many new businesses, the focus is on combining business with entertainment, and so gaming points are created next to the reception, which can be used by employees or customers, social rooms with TV, a decent coffee machine and other amenities. These are things that do not directly translate into the company's profits, but create its proper image, and it will pay off in the long term.
