Finding the right office is a process that takes a long time and does not necessarily end in success. Usually the decision about the new location is made by the management and the owner, i.e. the most decision-makers in the company.

Location is undoubtedly the most important factor to consider when renting an office: Katowice, Warsaw, Poznan, or maybe Krakow? The choice is extremely important. The facility should provide convenient access and access to public transport stops. It is best if our office is located in a prestigious district, which will have a positive impact on the company's image. The location should also enable the client or interested party to easily reach the office.

Conditions

Of course, even the best location in a prestigious neighborhood won't help much if you choose a ruined and neglected building. In order to be perceived positively by the customer and to be a comfortable place to work, it should be in good technical condition. It is also worth considering the equipment of the office and the finishing of the premises. It may need to be repaired or refreshed and, as a result, it will generate additional costs.

Infrastructure

Under the slogan "infrastructure" there are teleinformatic cabling, telephone lines and access to fast Internet. If you do not have the services you need, ask about the cost of adapting your premises. Infrastructure also includes toilets and social rooms with basic equipment and kitchen appliances. If the building has four floors, it should also have an elevator. For some companies it is important to have additional facilities for people with disabilities.

Price

Let us not hide the fact that very often the price outweighs the above factors. However, you can try to find the most optimal solution. For example, if you don't have many customers, it's worth choosing a less attractive location outside the city centre. On the other hand, if the nature of our company requires accepting many clients, then we can try to choose an office in new housing estates.
